Our company, having considerable experience (over 25 years) of performing its services within the waters of the Caspian Sea, the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, as well as within Volga and Kama water areas, has a proprietary geologic-geophysical seismic database, including over 35,000 linear km 2D CDP, along with the adjacent land CDP-VSP-GIS integrated data, which is used for survey planning and rough data interpretation (Fig. 1).
Our highly trained professionals are always ready to assist with any geologic-geophysical problems in the above mentioned survey areas.
Based on the available and proven archive recordings we compiled:
- North Caspian Geologic-geophysical and Ecological Atlas (in 3 volumes, 1996);
- Middle Caspian Geologic-geophysical Atlas (in 3 volumes, 1998);
The North Caspian and Middle Caspian Atlases are based on the sets of the major seismic zones structural and litho-facial maps, geological and time sections which characterize geological structure, as well as oil and gas potential of the Caspian deep and shallow water area, adjacent dry land of Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan (Fig. 2-5).
The generalized maps were scaled 1:500 000 and 1:1 000 000, whereas detailed mapping was scaled 1:200 000 and 1:100 000.
The information presented in the atlases is constantly updated based on the latest CDP-VSP-GIS drilling data.
